William Moscowitch joins Colliers International as retail specialist

William Moscowitch has joined Colliers International | South Carolina in Charleston as a Senior Brokerage Associate focusing on the sale and leasing of retail properties, including shopping centers, High Street retail and single-tenant properties.
Moscowitch is the tenth addition to Colliers’ Charleston team in 2019 which is led by Market President, Jim Garrett, MCR.
“William will be a huge asset to our local and regional Retail Services Team,” said Garrett. “His experience representing institutional landlords, local developers, first-time buyers as well as nationally-recognized tenants will help elevate the Colliers retail platform.”
Moscowitch is new to Charleston having recently moved from Philadelphia where he was a “Retail Guru” for MSC Retail. He began his career in commercial real estate with Sierra Northeast and then Cushman Wakefield before his tenure at MSC Retail.
