Ellen Bassett joins Tindall Corporation’s Human Resources department

Tindall Corporation announced that Ellen Bassett has joined the human resources team as Director of Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development. This executive level addition will aid in furthering the company’s recruitment and growth initiatives.

“Ellen’s vast experience in human resources at a corporate level is outstanding, and we are excited to welcome her to the Tindall family,” said Kelly Mendez-Scheib, Vice President of Human Resources. “I look forward to collaborating with her to take our talented employees to the next level.”

In her role at Tindall, Bassett is responsible for managing organizational needs and design as well as facilitating professional development programs at all levels of the organization. She plays a key role in the talent acquisition process and will play a key role in scouring talent for our team.

Bassett specializes in recruiting and training with her most recent professional experience as Vice President of Human Resources at Southeastern Paperboard, Inc. in Greenville. She previously led corporate human resources initiatives and launched the first enterprise-wide talent acquisition team at Hubbell Incorporated.

“I’m excited about this new opportunity to elevate Tindall’s human relations department,” said Bassett. “I hope to leverage my experience and knowledge in strategic planning for the betterment of each employee.”

Bassett earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in international economics from the University of South Carolina along with a master’s degree in business administration focusing on organizational development from Clemson University.
