BBB announces appointment of Edgar Alewine to its Board of Directors

BBB Serving Central SC and Charleston announced that Mr. Edgar Alewine, Director of Fixed Operations with Jim Hudson Automotive Group will be appointed to its Board of Directors. The appointment will increase the size of the BBB Board of Directors to 12 members.
“Jim Hudson Automotive is a founding member of our BBB. Edgar will be an outstanding addition to our board,” said Chris Hadley, President and CEO of the BBB serving Central SC and Charleston.

An Experienced Fixed Operations Director with a demonstrated dependable history of working in the automotive industry. Alewine has received numerous awards including Toyota Service Excellence Award 1996-2015 as a service manager until promoted to Director of Fixed Operations at Jim Hudson Automotive Group.
Alewine has served on numerous advisory boards including the Southeast Toyota Marketing Advisory Board and various technical school advisory councils. He also served as President of the Columbia, SC Metro Fixed Operations Advertising Group for Southeast Toyota representing five Toyota dealers.
Alewine is a native of Columbia SC and currently resides in Lexington SC. He is a member of Lexington Baptist Church Lexington, SC and has served on the front line ministry since 2012. His hobbies include tournament fishing, supporting charitable events for Wounded Warriors and Veterans, yard work and attending sporting events with family.
