J. Davis Construction opens the doors of its new Anderson office

Now, home to many current employees, J. Davis Construction opened the doors of a new 11,000 sf office facility located in Anderson, SC off I-85 at Exit 14. Not only a major accomplishment in its 22 year history, it signifies a strong relationship with the Anderson community and a commitment for future economic development.

Indicating its impact on the Anderson community, Tommy Dunn, Chairman of Anderson County Council said “We are very pleased that J. Davis Construction has built their new corporate office facility in Anderson County. With their reputation for quality, integrity, and service, they could not be a better fit for our County.”

Proud to have grown along with Anderson County, owner and president, Joel Davis commented “We really wanted this building to deliver a statement to the area. And with things like energy efficiency, the construction industry’s best practices, and smart workplaces, we think it does.”

Having conducted business in the new building for several months now, the employees seem delighted about the new office space moving forward. Holly Floyd, administrative assistant, remarked, “The new office is gorgeous. It is exciting to come to work in a building we built. I’m very thankful to Joel for investing back into the company and its employees.”

A ribbon cutting is scheduled for late October of this year.
