SeamonWhiteside selected to play role in two community-shaping projects

SeamonWhiteside, local landscape architecture and civil engineering firm, has been selected to play a role in yet two more community-shaping projects.

SeamonWhiteside has been selected to provide design services for the City of Easley. They have also recently been awarded the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office Training Facility project in Taylors, SC. They will provide civil engineering and landscape architecture services.

URBAN DESIGN AND MASTER PLANNING FOR THE CITY OF EASLEY:

The  City  of Easley (CITY)  is  seeking  to  develop  an economic  development  strategy and master  plan for  selected  properties  within  the  City  of  Easley. The  Strategy  and  Master Plan  will  promote  an  increased  tax  base,  private  investment  and  job  creation  through mixed-use,   high-tech   industrial,   corporate   offices,   retail,   commercial,   high   density housing, and single-family housing.

GREENVILLE COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE TRAINING PROJECT

SeamonWhiteside has been awarded the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office Training Facility project, a 10,000 SF facility in Taylors, SC, with Rosenblum Coe. SeamonWhiteside will provide civil engineering and landscape architecture services. The facility is located at 150 Thurston Rd., Taylors, SC, 29687.
