Lee & Associates Charleston’s Bob Nuttall, SIOR, CPM, and Cori Nuttall represented the Seller, 8088 Rivers Avenue, LLC, in the sale of 19,934 SF of office space located at 8084 Rivers Avenue in North Charleston, SC in September. The Centura College building will now be home to Origin SC. The Buyer was presented by Gregg Legerton of Avison Young.
