Richland Library’s presence in the Lower Richland community is growing with the addition of its 13th location. Please join us for a ribbon-cutting ceremony, starting 2:30 p.m., Wednesday, December 18 at Richland Library Lower Richland (9019 Garners Ferry Road). The event is free and open to the public.

The building features new releases and a cultivated collection, public computers and laptops, collaborative spaces, and programs that focus on literacy, workforce development and social services.

If you can’t make it, don’t worry. The library is open until six o’clock that night.
