Lee & Associates Charleston’s Reid Davis, CCIM, SIOR, Pete Harper, CCIM, and Cameron Yost, represented the Landlord, Long Grove Partners, LLC in the leasing of the soon to be built 10,562 SF facility located at 1475 Long Grove Drive, Mt. Pleasant, SC to the tenant, Ivybrook Academy who was represented by David Clark with Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic International. This will be Ivybrook Academy’s first location in the low country.
