Lauren Roach named Chief Marketing Officer of Elliott Davis

Marketing veteran will lead brand strategy and communications initiatives as growing business solutions firm enters its 100th year of service
Elliott Davis, a leading business solutions firm with nine offices across the Southeast, announces that Lauren Roach has been promoted to chief marketing officer, effective January 1, 2020. Roach has served as director of marketing communications for the past two years and is assuming the role being vacated by Jack Bacot, who is retiring at the end of December.

As CMO, Roach will be based in the Greenville, South Carolina headquarters of Elliott Davis and provide marketing direction and strategy creation for the entire organization. She’ll also serve on the company’s executive leadership team and work to ensure all marketing and media programs align with the firm’s strategic business plan and culture.

Before joining Elliott Davis, Roach served as marketing director for Wyche, a full-service law firm with three offices in South Carolina. In this role, she developed marketing campaigns at the firm and practice group level and oversaw all communications and public relations efforts. Roach also has more than five years of advertising agency experience, most recently as an account supervisor at EP+Co (formerly Erwin-Penland Advertising), where she managed the Verizon account.
Throughout her career, Roach has garnered numerous accolades for her work, including honors from the American Advertising Federation, the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts and Lex Mundi, the largest network of independent law firms. The University of South Carolina alumnae is also a graduate of Furman University’s Women’s Leadership Institute and has been recognized as one of Greenville’s “Best and Brightest 35 and Under.”
