The Charleston Office Advisors of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the Tenant, Charleston Children’s Therapy Center in the lease of 2,500 SF of office space located at 3040 Hwy 17 N., Suite B in Mt. Pleasant, SC. This will be the tenant’s second location in the Charleston tri-county area. The Landlord 3040 Realty, LLC., was represented by Trey Zimmerman with Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic.
