Real Men Love to Read

Sheriff Leon Lott [Pictured here] is reading to a class at Columbia’s Meadowfield Elementary School during the REAL MEN LOVE TO READ event, Fri. Feb. 21.

Sheriff Lott regularly schedules visits with schools – as do his deputies – throughout Richland County; taking the time to read to children, talk with students and teachers, and answer questions.

During Meadowfield’s reading event, the Sheriff was accompanied by Cpl. Gavin Walmsley and K-9 Emy.
