Lexington District One works with Town of Lexington on road improvements

During the February 18, 2020 Board Meeting, the Lexington County School District One Board of Trustees accepted the administration’s recommendation to enter into a right of way agreement with the Town of Lexington.
This agreement would allow road improvements adjacent to Lexington Elementary and Lexington Middle schools that the town needs to complete two projects.
One road improvement project continues the town’s one-way pair project on North Lake Drive in front of Lexington Elementary, while the other road improvement project relocates part of Harmon Street next to Lexington Middle.
