Wilson Kibler associate John Metts represented the buyer, Cason Development Group, in the recent purchase of 7347 Garners Ferry Rd. The 2,016-square-foot retail property on approximately one-half of an acre is located near I-77, Lowe’s, and Walmart on Garners Ferry Rd.
The building and land sold for $430,000.
