LS3P’s Charleston office recognizes new shareholders
May 5, 2020LS3P congratulates Senior Architect Dan Scheaffer, AIA, CDT, LEED AP and Chief Financial Officer Doug Snyder, CPA, CGMA, who were recognized last week as firm Principals. Scheaffer, who joined the firm in 2003, works on a diverse portfolio of investment, corporate commercial, healthcare, and higher education projects in the Charleston area. Snyder, who joined the firm in 2015, has been instrumental in inspiring strategy, innovation, and growth though the firm’s financial processes.
Construction Contract Administrator Chuck Ciesar, CCCA, LEED AP BD+C; Human Resources Leader Heather Pierce, PMP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP; Technology Leader Darrell Puffer, AIA, LEED AP, WELL AP; and Architect Kameron Quick, AIA were all recognized as Associate Principals. Ciesar focuses on construction administration for a variety of K-12, commercial, higher education, and other projects and joined the firm in 2004. Pierce, who joined the firm in 2017, leads the firm’s Human Resources Team and has implemented a variety of initiatives including LS3P Academy. Puffer oversees state-of-the-art training, equipment, and processes to elevate the firm’s technology capabilities and joined the firm in 2017. Quick, who joined the firm in 2013, works extensively in the federal and industrial sectors.
These recognitions were announced during a virtual LS3P shareholders meeting held on May 1.
