Bobbitt names Brian Denisar as Chief Executive Officer
June 12, 2020The Board of Directors of Bobbitt, a prominent commercial construction company serving the Carolinas, announces the appointment of Brian Denisar as Chief Executive Officer. Denisar comes to Bobbitt with more than 18 years of construction and real estate leadership experience.
As Bobbitt CEO, Denisar will be responsible for driving the company’s strategic growth, designing and operationalizing business processes to continue achieving performance targets, and strengthening capabilities across multiple construction delivery methods. He will report directly to the Bobbitt Board of Directors.
Denisar joins Bobbitt with an impressive track record in the construction industry. He previously headed Business Development and Marketing for Samet Corporation and held key leadership roles at HITT Contracting. Denisar led one of HITT’s largest Corporate Interiors teams, the Washington, D.C. region. He went on to become Senior Vice President for HITT’s South Florida region, growing the territory by more than 300% over three years. He later oversaw the startup of HITT’s Raleigh office.

A native of New York state, Denisar earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management & Administration from Mount St. Mary College in Newburgh, N.Y. He has been a strong business leader and contributor in the communities where he has lived and worked, having completed Leadership programs in Miami-Dade County, Fla., and Alamance County, N.C. Denisar most recently served on the Executive Board of Directors for the Alamance Chamber of Commerce as Vice President of Economic Development. He has been active in The Global Association for Corporate Real Estate (CoreNet), the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP), the North Carolina Economic Development Association (NCEDA) and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) during his time working in the Carolinas.
