Chasity Davis joins Coldwell Banker Caine in Spartanburg

Chasity Davis recently joined Coldwell Banker Caine’s Spartanburg office, bringing previous experience from another Upstate firm. She joined the field of real estate following a career as a paralegal, where she learned incredibly valuable skills focusing on attention to detail and efficiency.
Chasity put her interest and passion for real estate to use in 2018, and most enjoys helping people through one of the biggest and most rewarding transactions of their lives. She approaches each client with the goal of providing such a pleasant experience that they want to share with others. “I strive to make them feel important, heard, valued, and supported,” she says.
When not working in the field of real estate, Chasity focuses on giving back to others. She leads GriefShare at her home church for those who have lost a loved one. She also volunteers at the Mobile Meals and Adult High School Programs. Chasity is originally from Rhode Island, but the Upstate became home when she created a family here with her husband and two children.
