Crusaders Advance with Win over Patrick Henry

Laurens Academy has won eight games in the last nine weeks. The latest, a 30-14 victory over Patrick Henry, put the Crusaders in the second round of the SCISA 8-man football playoffs at Holly Hill Academy.

The team it will face next defeated LA 18-12 in the season’s opening game.
Against Patrick Henry, quarterback Thomas Lowry tossed three touchdown passes to Clarence Bertoli and ran for LA’s other score.
