Carter, Johnson Lead Blue Hose Past Gardner-Webb

Presbyterian used extraordinary balance to defeat Gardner-Webb, 69-20, at Templeton Center in what was both Blue Hose’ first home game and Big South Conference opener.

Tionna Carter and Trinity Johnson each scored 16 points. Carter grabbed 12 rebounds. Johnson collected 5 assists and 5 steals.

The two teams play again on Thursday at 5 p.m, also on PC’s home court.
