The Beach Company announces two new hires

The Beach Company announced today one new hire at The Jasper, a luxury mixed-use building in downtown Charleston, and one new hire at its mixed-use developments in Greenville.
Taylor Morgan has been hired as an experience manager for The Jasper, The Beach Company’s new luxury 12-story mixed-use building located in downtown Charleston. Morgan will organize concierge services, plan resident events and wellness activities, and assist with The Jasper’s private event space.
Originally from Greensboro, North Carolina, Morgan graduated from East Carolina University where she majored in hospitality management and minored in business. Morgan brings valuable industry experience, having served as an event planner at Charlotte Country Club as well as a communications and event manager at First Tee. She also previously worked as a summer intern for the North Carolina Association of Realtors.
The Beach Company has hired Amy Norris as a property manager for the Main + Stone Apartments and Canvas Lofts in Greenville. In her role, Norris will oversee the lease-up of Canvas Lofts and manage day-to-day operations at Main + Stone.
Originally from Lawrenceville, Georgia, Norris has lived in Greenville since 2005. As a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Norris brings over a decade of industry experience with previous positions assisting in interior and exterior renovation programs, overseeing lease-ups and establishing training programs in South Carolina, North Carolina and Florida markets.
