Rhonda Hunsinger joins the Board of the League of American Orchestras

Sharon D. Hatchett and Rhonda Hunsinger have joined the Board of Directors of the League of American Orchestras, the national organization dedicated to advancing the orchestral art form in the U.S. The League’s membership comprises more than 1,800 organizations and individuals across North America. These range from world-renowned orchestras to community orchestras, from summer festivals to student and youth ensembles, from conservatories to libraries, from businesses serving orchestras to individuals who love symphonic music.
Hatchett, a member of the League’s Volunteer Council and past president of Southside Friends of the Chicago Sinfonietta, will serve a three-year term.
Hunsinger, executive director of the South Carolina Philharmonic, has joined the Board as an ex-officio member (chair, managers of orchestras with operating budgets between $620,000 and $2,149,999).
