Established in 2010, New Leaf Builders represents the partnership of Grant Zinkon and Adam Baslow.

They are a semi-custom, custom and neighborhood builder based Charleston South Carolina. New Leaf takes a hands-on approach to each project, working closely with landscape designers and architects to ensure that the homes they build work with their environment, never against it.

In 2021, New Leaf will do 75 closings; in 2022, they are on course for over 100 closings.
