Thousands of families and churches are planning their summer around the Trail Life USA Annual Backyard Concert and Campout. On Friday, May 21, families across the country will gather in their backyards, at their churches, and in parks and campgrounds to participate in the second annual National Backyard Concert and Campout, led by Trail Life USA (TrailLifeUSA.com).

“We welcome special guest speaker Dennis Rainey to the outstanding lineup for the 2nd Annual Backyard Concert and Campout,” said Mark Hancock, CEO of Trail Life USA. “Dennis Rainey is the co-founder of Family Life, a division of Campus Crusade for Christ, and author of over 35 books on manhood and the family. Dennis calls men and boys to step up and lead as representatives of Christ who are strong, pure, and powerful men of character. Dennis embodies the Trail Life vision and we look forward to his participation in the National Backyard Concert and Campout.”

Trail Life USA is the premier national character development organization for young men producing godly and responsible husbands, fathers, and citizens. Trail Life’s mission is to guide generations of courageous young men to honor God, lead with integrity, serve others, and experience outdoor adventure.

Hancock added, “This year’s event is an opportunity for boys—and girls—to make memories. We hope the National Backyard Concert and Campout will bring families together in person and ‘virtually’ across the nation for good food, games, activities, and a live web broadcast, that includes a concert from For King and Country and special guests Daniel Huerta – Focus on the Family’s Vice President of Parenting and Youth; Dennis Rainey; Operation Christmas Child, and more. It’s going to be a lot of fun.”
