Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS announced that Angela Atherley-Hernandez has joined the company’s North Pleasantburg office as a sales associate.
Angela Atherley-Hernandez started her career in an appraisal office in 1988 and by 1993 was a certified real estate appraiser and after more than a decade working as a certified residential appraiser, she had built a good reputation and trust with many of her clients and customers. These clients began relying on her knowledge and coming to her with their real estate needs. It was a natural transition to add the real estate sales license.
Atherley-Hernandez was also a partner in a real estate development and construction company for over 20 years. She assisted in designing homes and projects, building from the ground up, and later doing some flipping and remodeling.
Atherley-Hernandez’s prior background in valuing properties gives her an edge in marketing and listing properties in many different markets. Her deeper understanding of real estate has helped her to successfully protect her buyers in a transaction and maximize seller profit.
Atherley-Hernandez believes strongly in continual education and personal growth so that she can always better serve her clients. She currently holds 3 certifications and is currently pursuing others. Atherley-Hernandez’s commitment to each client has given her long-lasting relationships which have helped her build and establish a lifelong successful real estate career.
