Home Advantage Realty Lowcountry welcomes Jeanine Rhodes and Rebecca Williams

Home Advantage Realty Lowcountry (d/b/a EdistoHomesforSale.com) and owner-Broker Jill Moylan announced that Jeanine Rhodes and Rebecca Williams have joined the Home Advantage Realty Lowcountry office on Edisto. Home Advantage Realty, a locally owned company that has served South Carolina for more than thirty years, has offices in Columbia, Irmo, Chapin, Blythewood, and Edisto.

Jeanine was born and raised in the Lowcountry and started her real estate career in 2005, “selling Edisto one home at a time.” She is a multi-million dollar sales producer for residential and vacant land of all sizes and an active member of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors. Jeanine is active in the local community having served as a Red Cross Blood Drive coordinator, as a volunteer with the Edisto Beach Volunteer Fire Department, as a member of the Charleston Southern University Board of Visitors, and as the first woman to hold office as Commodore of the Edisto Island Yacht Club. When Jeanine is not working with real estate clients to find their next dream home on Edisto, she is with family and friends enjoying outdoor activities such as crabbing, boating, and finding sharks teeth on the beach.

Originally from the Columbia area, Rebecca has a long family history of love and appreciation for Edisto. Her grandparents were engaged at the historic Pink House in 1941 and her parents brought the family to Edisto Beach for summer vacations. Rebecca and her husband have continued the tradition, vacationing at Edisto together since 1994, owning property since 2004 and residing there full-time since 2017. She is an active member of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, the Edisto Women’s Club, and the Presbyterian Church on Edisto Island, and a former board member of the Hammocks Property Owners Association. When not helping her real estate clients find their own slice of heaven on earth, Rebecca is supporting friends, family and neighbors with projects and creative endeavors. She also enjoys kayaking, gardening, spending time on the beach and attending college football games with her husband and twin sons.
