Hughes Agency announces Melissa Slater as senior account executive

Hughes Agency, a full-service public relations, marketing, advertising and event management firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Melissa Slater as senior account executive.
Slater joins Hughes Agency from Agfa HealthCare where she served as marketing communications coordinator. In this role, she managed North American meetings and events, marketing automation programs and social media strategy.
Slater brings more than seven years of experience in marketing, communications and corporate event planning to Hughes Agency. She is a graduate of High Point University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a focus in Journalism.
As senior account executive at Hughes Agency, Slater will work with a variety of local, regional and national clients on public, media, and community relations strategies and event management.
