Parsley & Mint launches catering and retail offerings

New fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant expands menu to offer catering packages in addition to in-store retail selection of house-made spice blends, sauces and hummus
Parsley & Mint, a new fast-casual Mediterranean concept with a focus on fresh, sustainable, and locally-sourced ingredients has expanded to offer catering packages along with an in-store retail component including house-made spice blends, sauces and hummus.
Catering packages include a set number of bases, proteins, toppings, spreads, and dressings to choose from for individuals to create their own curated bowls. In addition to catering packages, family meals have also been added to the menu offerings. A family meal for four is available to conveniently order online for a busy weeknight evening or a weekend picnic at Falls Park.
“Parsley & Mint was designed to offer convenient, fresh and delicious options for customers,” said Paul Ryll, owner. “We are thrilled to expand our product offering to be enjoyed in homes, businesses, and at social gatherings through our catering packages and housemade retail items.”
Retail offerings are now sold in-store and include all sauces and hummus selections currently on the Parsley & Mint menu, such as roasted red pepper hummus, tzatziki, jalapeno cilantro vinaigrette and garlic feta dressing. Special housemade spice blends are also available for purchase and include Mediterranean citrus, harissa and za’atar.
