Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced the sale of 4574 Sunset Blvd. in Lexington, South Carolina.
Sungold Company, LLC purchased the 5,600 square foot office building from Ligon, LLC for $1,325,000 as an investment. The property was 100% occupied at the time of sale.
