GSHRM hosts Workplace Flexibility Workshop on Sept. 14
August 25, 2021As hiring activity ramps up in the U.S. labor market, employers are discovering that leveraging flexible work arrangements is as fundamental to retaining and recruiting talent as crafting competitive pay and benefit packages.
Business leaders and HR executives across the Upstate are invited to attend the Sept. 14 meeting of the Greenville chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management (GSHRM) focusing on Workplace Flexibility. Led by SHRM Southeastern Field Services Director, Gloria Sinclair-Miller, the presentation will:
1. Build a business case for workplace flexibility
2. Share ideas to design solutions suitable for an organization’s needs and culture
3. Provide examples of how to implement them.
