September 14, 2021

The Lexington Chamber and Visitors Center will be hosting the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce’s Grassroots Regional Meeting on Tuesday, September 21 at 8:15 a.m. at the Chamber, located at 311 West Main Street.

Local business and community leaders are invited to participate and express their opinions regarding the state’s most pressing issues to citizens, employers and industries. This meeting is one of several being held across the state to obtain feedback for the development of the S.C. Chamber’s 2021 Competitiveness Agenda.

“It’s important that our leaders in Columbia understand our concerns and needs,” said Angelle LaBorde, Chamber President & CEO. “The Lexington Chamber is excited to once again be hosting this meeting in our community. These meetings help to clarify the issues that need the full attention of our legislative officials. We are very happy to work with the S.C. Chamber to provide this opportunity to be heard.”
