Colliers | South Carolina announces record-breaking third quarter with $222 million brokerage transaction volume

The $222 million in brokerage transaction volume consisted of over 200 sale and lease transactions of industrial, hotel, land, office, healthcare and retail properties throughout South Carolina.
Additionally, the firm’s total square footage of managed properties is the highest it’s ever been at 17+ million square feet, and LCK, Colliers’ project management affiliate, currently has its highest-ever project volume of almost $1 billion.
