Countybank adds new associate to SBA Lending Team

Countybank welcomed Jordan Payne as Vice President, SBA Business Development Officer in Simpsonville. He will cover an expanded market, including Simpsonville, Mauldin, Woodruff, Spartanburg, Gaffney, and Rock Hill. Payne comes to Countybank with more than 10 years of relationship management experience.

Payne most recently served as Vice President, Commercial Relationship Banker with Aquesta Bank (acquired by United Community Bank) where he was responsible for business development, relationship management, and new loan acquisitions. Payne has previously served in business development and investment roles where he was responsible for the bank’s small business strategy and managing portfolios. Payne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Business Economics from Francis Marion University.

As VP, SBA Business Development Officer, Payne is responsible for developing and structuring loan opportunities for Small Business Administration (SBA) eligible small and medium sized businesses.
