NAI Charleston was pleased to facilitate the sale of the Rosemary Tract, which is comprised of ±102.34 acres in Summerville, SC. Located at the recently completed Interchange 197 with frontage on both Nexton Parkway and N. Maple Street, the parcel will be purposed for mixed-use development. Summerville and Nexton are rapidly expanding, and Nexton was recently named the 2021 Master Planned Community of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders. Nexton has evolved into a nationally acclaimed and best-selling community in just a handful of years.
David Grubbs, SIOR and Dexter Rumsey of NAI Charleston represented the seller, The Rosemary Family Limited Partnership. The land tract sold for $17 million.
