Zach Wade joins Colliers | South Carolina as Brokerage Associate

Colliers | South Carolina announced that Zach Wade has joined the firm as a Brokerage Associate in its Charleston office on the Colliers Retail Services Team.
In his role, Wade works with sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants by selling and leasing multi-tenant shopping centers and single-tenant retail properties.
“Zach will be a huge asset to our local and regional Retail Services Team,” said Jim Garrett, Market President of Colliers in Charleston. “His experience representing institutional landlords, local developers, investors, as well as nationally-recognized tenants will help elevate the Colliers retail platform.”
Wade graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration. He started his career in real estate working in residential brokerage for a year before transitioning into commercial brokerage. He comes to Colliers with six years of experience with a local affiliate of a national real estate firm. He is a member of ICSC – Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (formerly the International Council of Shopping Centers). He is currently a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
