International elite high school basketball showcase returns to Ridge View – Dec. 9-11

Tickets now on sale for prep showcase, which takes place in Columbia, S.C., Dec. 9-11

Tickets are on sale now for The Bash (formerly The Bojangles Bash). The ninth annual event, an international elite basketball showcase, has rapidly grown into one of the most exciting weekends of prep basketball in the nation.

The Bash is proud to have the event return to Ridge View High School, after moving to Columbia International University last year due to COVID-19 restrictions. Tickets may be purchased at TheBashHoops.com only. Due to COVID-19 regulations, seating is limited.

Fifteen top high school programs from across the United States and Canada will participate. Out-of-state programs include The Patrick School, Orangeville Prep, Orlando Christian Prep, Christ School, North Mecklenburg, Augusta Christian and Cannon School. In-state teams of note are Ridge View High School (Preseason #1 in SC and AAAA State Champions in 2018, 2019 and 2020), Dutch Fork High School (Preseason #3 in SC), Lexington High School, Keenan High School, AC Flora High School (Preseason #8 in SC), and Gray Collegiate (Preseason #2 in SC and AA State Champions in 2018, 2019 and 2020) and more.  Student-athletes in this year’s Bash have offers from top college programs in the ACC, SEC and other major collegiate conferences.  Local student-athletes of note are GG Jackson II of Ridge View (ranked #21 in the 2023 class by ESPN and carrying offers from UNC, Duke, UofSC and many more) and Cam Scott of Lexington (ranked #11 in the 2024 class by ESPN).  Other top student-athletes are Houston Jones of Dutch Fork (SCBCA Top 5 Senior) and Isaiah Williams of Blythewood (SCBCA Top 5 Senior).

All games will be played in the main gymnasium at Ridge View High School on December 9-11, 2021. The schedule includes four sessions of games throughout the three days of basketball.   See the full schedule on www.TheBashHoops.com.

General admission tickets are $15.  VIP tickets are on sale as well. VIP tickets include courtside seats and access to the hospitality room.
