Colliers’ Liz McCary named to 2021 Women of Influence

Colliers | South Carolina announces that Liz McCary has been named to Columbia Regional Business Report’s 2021 Women of Influence.
McCary is among 22 outstanding women from a range of professions and diverse backgrounds who were nominated by CRBR readers and selected by a panel of judges. These women make the Columbia region a better place to work and to live, bringing passion to their professional positions and commitment to their community causes. They all share a drive to excel in their individual pursuits while finding ways to lift others as they climb. McCary was among those honored during a luncheon at the DoubleTree by Hilton Columbia on November 30.

McCary is the Vice President of Marketing for Colliers | South Carolina and oversees a team of 11 across the company’s four offices in Charleston, Columbia, Greenville and Spartanburg. She is responsible for developing and implementing a marketing and communications strategy to position the company as South Carolina’s leader in the commercial real estate industry by driving innovative marketing concepts to further advance the goals of the company and its clients.
McCary serves on the United Way of the Midlands Board of Directors. Within the company, she leads a committee each year that plans and executes Colliers | South Carolina’s annual United Way giving campaign. She has been an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network Midlands Chapter since 2013 and has held several leadership roles on the Board of Directors, including as its President. She is also a member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) Palmetto Chapter, serving on the Board of Directors as Past President.
