Sixteen William Means Real Estate agents awarded prestigious distinctions
February 16, 2022William Means Real Estate announced that 16 of its agents have received recognition from the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS® for outstanding sales production for the year 2021. The REALTORS® of Distinction award recognizes the top 10 percent of producing Charleston REALTORS® who met stringent requirements including sales production, education requirements and adhering to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics.

Six William Means Real Estate Agents qualified for the Platinum category, which represents the top two percent of REALTORS® in the Charleston area. This category requires agents to have sold more than $21,700,000 in volume and/or more than 46.5 sides. Alex Brener, Jane Dowd, Helen Geer, Lyles Geer, Harrison Gilchrist and Michelle McQuillan received this honor. Agent Kalyn Smythe also ranked in the top two percent of Realtors with more than $31,000,000 in sales.
The Gold category (top 5 percent) requires agents to have sold $18,000,000 – $21,699,999 in volume and/or 33-46 sides. William Means Real Estate agent, Beverly Burris qualified for this category.
The Silver category (top 10 percent) requires an agent to have sold $9,500,000 – $17,999,999 in volume and/or 23-32.5 sides. Helen Butler, Etta Connolly, Mary deS. Cutler, Will Dammeyer, Martha Freshley, Leize Gaillard, Bonnie Geer, Grace Perry Huddleston and Paula Yorke qualified for this category.

The annual REALTORS® of Distinction ceremony brings the Realtor community together to recognize the top agents in the Charleston area. All 2021 Realtors® of Distinction recipients will be treated to an exclusive keynote address from real estate investor, national speaker and author, Abhi Golhar. The award ceremony will take place on March 29th at Trident Technical College.
