Clinton High Hosts Market Swine Show
March 21, 2022On Saturday, Clinton High FFA hosted the Market Swine Show at Clinton High School’s barn below the baseball and softball fields.
The event was well attended with over 150 people in attendance and 34 students ranging in age from 4 to 19 showing their market swine project animals. These are 4H and FFA members from all over the state.
Anna Barrett Penland from Laurens won Grand Champion Market Hog and Gray Gardener from CHS won reserve champion. These students have worked with a cared for these show animals since November and will conclude their show season at the Raider Rumble Show Down at the Laurens Livestock sale barn this Saturday, March 26 at 12:00.
