CAMS hires new RVP for Myrtle Beach; Current RVP taking over Greenville, SC region

April 4, 2022

Community Association Management Services (CAMS), an industry leader in community association management throughout the Carolinas, is pleased to share some exciting changes that will be happening in their Myrtle Beach and Greenville, South Carolina, regions.

Current Regional Vice President of Myrtle Beach, Tiffini Allen, will be transitioning to RVP of the Greenville, SC, region, a role currently held by Tricia Ostendorff. Ostendorff will remain an integral part of the CAMS team, focusing on more forward-facing work, including her role as president of the South Carolina Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI-SC). She will also be working closely with the acquisitions team as CAMS expands and assist in onboarding new companies and team members.

Tiffini Allen

Replacing Allen as regional vice president of Myrtle Beach, SC, is Gina Toney. Toney is originally from Wilmington, NC, and is a nine-year veteran of the community management industry. Throughout her career, she has spent time serving as vice president of a large management company and has over 20 years of experience in the real estate, building, and development industries.

“I am beyond excited and grateful to join the CAMS Team!” said Toney. “The Myrtle Beach area is one of the fastest-growing regions in the country, and I am looking forward to growing alongside it and expanding CAMS’ presence in the area!”

Though some internal changes are occurring, CAMS clients in the affected regions will continue to work with the same support teams and community managers. In addition, the transition will not officially take place until late July or early August of 2022, with Toney training and preparing for her new role and both Allen and Ostendorff spending time preparing their current teams and clients for the transition.

“Gina Toney comes to us with a wealth of knowledge in the community management industry. In addition, she has a history of successful management of both internal and external clients,” said CAMS CEO Dave Orr. “In her first month with CAMS, she has proven to be a wonderful asset to the company with her drive, knowledge, and professionalism. We are so very excited to have Gina here!”

“We are also excited for Tiffini and her family as they move to Greenville, and we look forward to all she will bring to the operation and what she and her team will accomplish in the region,” Orr continued. “We continue to be grateful for the industry knowledge and expertise Tricia brings to the table. In addition to serving as president of CAI-SC, she will continue to play an integral role in CAMS as she extends her efforts to all CAMS regions.”
