Coldwell Banker Caine recently welcomed Ashley Metcalf to its Greenville office as residential agent. Ashley is a fourth generation Greenvillian, and her love of the Upstate drew her back to the area after graduating from the University of South Carolina. She has always loved the vibrant community of artists, local food scene, and the endless amount of things to do.
With a background in marketing, the transition to real estate only made sense. From the unparalleled client service and support, sales negotiation, and putting together impactful marketing initiatives, Ashley’s agency experience has played a pivotal role in the service she provides for her clients. She loves that real estate gives her the opportunity to be a fierce advocate for her clients, putting their needs first and helping them during a very exciting time in their lives. In her spare time, you can most likely find Ashley perusing local Farmer’s Markets, hiking with her dog, Butter Bean, or testing out tasty new recipes in her kitchen. She is passionate about giving back to the community, specifically through Meals on Wheels, Greenville County Animal Care, and is involved in the Greenville Networking Group.
