CBI is honored to once again be recognized in 2022 as the #1 Top Workplace in the small business category, (businesses with 149 or fewer coworkers), as well as the recipient of the special award for Communication by South Carolina Top Workplaces. The Top Workplaces program recognizes organizations that excel at communication, organizational health, and co-worker engagement.

The award is based solely on input from an anonymous, third-party survey of CBI’s co-workers on several aspects of workplace culture including; communication, benefits, alignment, execution, and connection.
