Maison Real Estate welcomes new agent Lauren Binard

Maison Real Estate is excited to announce that Lauren Binard has recently joined their sales team as a real estate agent.

As a Carolina native, Lauren Binard grew up visiting Charleston on weekend sailing excursions with her family and island hopping the Abacos in summer. Charleston had always felt like home, and in 2006 she made it official. Since graduating from The College of Charleston with a degree in English & minor in studio art, Lauren has excelled in various fields due to her high level of creativity and integrity. Lauren has spent the majority of her career in the advertising, design, and luxury hospitality world. She also owned a successful vintage retail store.

Lauren has extensive knowledge of the local short-term rental market within the Charleston area. She has recently renovated and curated the perfect interiors for multiple clients, including her own properties. She truly thrives by bringing her creativity to any venture, whether it be designing the perfect walk-in closet, making interior spaces unique, or finding the perfect home. As a downtown resident, you may spot Lauren cruising in her vintage mini cooper on the weekends shopping for vintage decor. She also enjoys outdoor time with her daughter at Brittlebank Park and going on runs on the beautiful Charleston peninsula.
