Chris Spencer joins Coldwell Banker Caine in Greenville

Coldwell Banker Caine recently welcomed Chris Spencer to its Greenville office as a residential agent. Chris has lived in the Upstate since 2009 and has enjoyed seeing the area’s growth over the years. Between the many restaurants and activities, he believes there is something here for everyone.
Chris first got his real estate license over a year ago, but after hearing about the agent support and opportunities available at CB Caine, decided to leave his job as a firefighter and become a full-time real estate professional. Chris views each transaction as a puzzle, with location, number of bedrooms, lot size, etc. being the different pieces. His favorite part about the business is finding the perfect match to meet the needs of each client. He makes his customers to feel comfortable knowing that he is going the extra mile to meet their needs. They can focus on the fun parts of the process knowing he is behind the scenes doing everything else.
Although he is no longer a full-time fireman, Chris still enjoys volunteering with his department. He can often be found coaching school soccer at Ralph Chandler Middle School or playing frisbee golf. He also enjoys spending time with his fiancé, Laurel, and his goldendoodle, Buck.
