Stantec expands Community Development team in South Carolina

Stantec, a leading global design and engineering firm, has welcomed three professionals to its growing Community Development practices in Charleston.
Caleb Calsing has joined Stantec’s Charleston office as a Landscape Designer in its Community Development practice after graduating from Clemson University. He interned with Stantec in Charleston during the summer of 2021 where he gained experience with renderings, conceptual design, planting design, and construction detailing. He has experience working with software packages such as Photoshop, Sketchup, and AutoCAD. Caleb is a Summerville resident.
Jake Wastler has joined Stantec’s Charleston office as a Field Service Representative in its Community Development practice. He brings more than three years of experience in commercial construction inspection industry where he performed structural inspections on concrete, steel, masonry, and soils. He is well-versed with construction means, cost estimating, and field conflict resolutions. He has experience working with AutoCAD and RS Means estimating software and has recently passed his Professional Engineer’s exam. Jake is a Charleston resident and a graduate of Clemson University.
Laura Croft has also joined Stantec’s Charleston office as a Project Management Assistant in its growing Community Development practice. Laura brings 11 years of paralegal experience to the project management team.
