LushAcres Prepares for Second Annual Fall Festival – Calls for Volunteers

LushAcres is the perfect place for a Fall festival and corn maze so mark your calendar and plan to attend their second annual Fall Festival.
As they prepare for the event, LushAcres is seeking volunteers to help work the festival and corn maze. Anyone who volunteers will receive a free lunch and t-shirt. Volunteers can easily sign up at https://www.lushacresfarm.com/volunteer
The Fall Festival/Corn Maze will open on October 1st and continue every Saturday in October. Some of the activities to experience this year include:
- Corn Maze
- Corn Cannon
- Mini Train
- Hayride
- Pumpkin Decorating
- Barnyard Animal Feeding
- Pumpkin Patch
New this year is a “special event” for each day. Below is a list of the special events.
- October 1 – Artisan Village
- October 8 – Team Pride Day
- October 15 – Dog Herding Demos
- October 22 – PC Homecoming
- October 29 – Jeep-O-Wagon
The mission of LushAcres Farm is to be a vibrant enterprise that supports Thornwell’s overall mission to build strong children and families while enhancing the surrounding communities.
