Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd welcomes Suyash Raiborde

Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, P.A. welcomed back Suyash S. Raiborde as Special Counsel.

Suyash represents governmental entities and non-profits in financing large-scale projects through the issuance of various municipal bonds and other obligations. Suyash also advises governmental entities on major infrastructure projects, utilizing a variety of project delivery methods including, public-private partnerships (P3), design-build, progressive design-build, design-build-operate-maintain (DBOM), design-build-finance-operate-maintain (DBFOM), including related procurement and contract administration issues. Additionally, he advises domestic and international companies on various corporate matters.

Suyash was an Associate with Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd from 2016-2019. Before rejoining the firm, he worked for a national law firm based in New York City.

Licensed to practice law in New York and South Carolina, Suyash is recognized as one of Super Lawyers® 2022 “Rising Stars” for Government Contracts (New York, NY). He received his Juris Doctor from Emory University and his Bachelor’s Degree from North Greenville University.
