Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty honors top associates

Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty has honored its top associates for September.
In the Greenville office, the top agents for transactions closed for buyer clients were Kim Crain and Jeff Inman, and the top agents for listings sold were Morgan Coleman and Matt Crider. In the Clemson office, the top agents for listings sold were Lisa Vogel and David Vandeputte.
Inman joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty in the Spring of 2021, bringing with him vast knowledge in the residential and commercial construction industry. He grew up in Central Florida where his family ran a cabinet installation business, and he spent many high school and college weekends working on job sites. After graduating from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Construction Management, Inman spent most of the next decade in the corporate sector.
Crain is a real estate veteran licensed in both South Carolina and North Carolina with experience from within the Sotheby’s International Realty brand, most recently serving as an agent of Daniel Ravenel Sotheby’s International Realty in Charleston, South Carolina, with a specialty in both historic homes and coastal properties. Her entire professional career has been focused on customer service in a variety of roles, from flight attendant, to retail entrepreneur, on into her current career in real estate sales.
Coleman is a Clemson University graduate and played on the school’s women’s soccer team. She joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty in 2020 and was named Rookie of the Year. In 2021, she earned a Skyrocket Award for increasing her sales by 237.5% and became a member of the Chairman’s Circle for doing over $10 million in sales.
Crider earned his bachelor’s degree in business from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington before moving back to his native Upstate to pursue a career in real estate appraising with his family’s business. In 2020, Crider was the company’s Top Producer and was part of the Chairman’s Circle for selling more than $10 million in total volume in both 2020 and 2021.
Starting with Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty in 2021, Vandeputte earned his bachelor’s degree from Eastern Michigan University, and then earned his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Detroit. Before moving into real estate, he worked in IT for Compuware and for ten years, owned and managed his own retail golf shop, Motor City Golf.
Vogel specializes in Lake Keowee’s luxury market/private gated communities. She and her husband Bob have lived in The Reserve at Lake Keowee for years after moving there from Asheville, North Carolina. Before joining Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty, Lisa had been in the top 5% of agents at Coldwell Banker and a member of that firm’s International President’s Circle Society. Before that, she had been the Broker-in-Charge for one of North Carolina’s largest real estate companies. In 2021, she was named to Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty’s President’s Circle for doing more than $5 million in sales.
