CLEMSON, SC – The Clemson office of Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty’s has a new 2022 home sales record.
Lisa Vogel represented both the buyer and seller on her listing at 386 Peninsula Ridge in Sunset. This spectacular 5,460 square foot custom waterfront masterpiece was designed by Wright Design in Greenville and is part of the stunning Reserve at Lake Keowee. The sales price was $4.4 million and is a new high for the Clemson office this year, said Joan Herlong, the agency’s Founder and CEO.

Vogel has been in real estate since 2000.
