Susan Longshore Stover Appointed as Director of Builder Services

Home Advantage Realty, LLC, the largest locally owned residential real estate company in the Midlands, is pleased to announce its newest division, Builder Services. Home Advantage Builder Services will provide professional marketing and listing services to homebuilders across South Carolina. Services include comprehensive neighborhood development plans, website creation with ongoing digital analysis and social media strategies. Professional imaging, branding, online sales, staging, and model home merchandising will also be offered. In addition, the Builder Services Division will also assist home buyers with new construction processes including land acquisition and custom home builds.

Susan Longshore-Stover will serve as Home Advantage Realty’s Director of Builder Services. “I am thrilled to be included in this exciting and innovative program with Home Advantage Realty. With over 27 years of experience working in new home construction sales and marketing, Susan is a seven-time award recipient of “Marketing Director of the Year” by the Sales and Marketing Council of the Building Industry Association of Greater Columbia and of South Carolina. Susan has also won numerous awards for special events and promotions and advertising, including “Sales and Marketing Member of the Year.” She has been an active member in local and national professional organizations and has extensive training and experience in new home construction, marketing, and project management.
