Collins & Lacy, P.C., a leading South Carolina business defense law firm, announced that attorney Molly Flynn has been elevated to Special Counsel.
Before joining Collins & Lacy, Flynn had significant service as an Assistant Solicitor in the Fifth Circuit Solicitor’s Office and at a Columbia-based law firm focusing on representation of school system legal matters.

Flynn is a graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law. While in law school, Molly served as judicial intern for the Honorable Margaret B. Seymour, Federal District Court Judge for the District of South Carolina.
