Allison Sullivan named to SC Lawyers Weekly’s Personal Injury Law Power List
March 2, 2023Allison Sullivan, a partner with Bluestein Attorneys, has been named to South Carolina Lawyers Weekly’s Personal Injury Law Power List, which has been published in the magazine’s February edition.
The Power List “recognizes attorneys doing important work in their respective disciplines, and in the community,” according to Jason Thomas, executive editor at SC Biz News. Designation to the Power List is the result of peer nomination, which recognizes top lawyers in South Carolina, who are then selected by the editorial board of South Carolina Lawyers Weekly.
Allison has dedicated her career to leveling the playing field for those who have been injured across the state of South Carolina. Whether hurt at work or injured by the negligence of others, Allison fights for those who have sustained serious and catastrophic personal injury to receive justice and rebuild their lives. She is also a fierce advocate for veterans, and she currently leads the firm’s Camp Lejeune Litigation Group.
Personal injury lawyers play a vital role in advocating for individuals who have suffered injuries due to the negligence of others. These legal professionals understand the complex nature of personal injury claims and are dedicated to guiding their clients through the often daunting process of seeking justice. They work diligently to secure the compensation their clients need for medical expenses, lost wages, and emotional suffering.
In addition to representing clients in various personal injury cases, these attorneys provide invaluable resources and insights into the legal system. They put in dedicated effort to gather evidence, negotiate with insurance companies, and build strong cases to present in court if necessary. This dedication is particularly crucial for Montgomery County residents, as the local legal environment can present unique challenges.
The team at Muller Brazil understands these dynamics and is prepared to advocate fiercely for clients, fighting tirelessly to hold responsible parties accountable and secure the financial recovery needed to rebuild lives after a traumatic event. Trusting in experienced legal counsel can make all the difference in achieving a favorable outcome.
She is a graduate of Leadership Columbia and has chaired the Leadership Columbia Alumni Association Advisory Board. She has served on the Columbia Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and is currently Vice-Chair of the Special Olympics South Carolina Board of Directors. She is also past president of the Injured Workers Advocates, an organization dedicated to the protection of rights of injured workers and their families in South Carolina.
Allison is an honors graduate of Furman University with a bachelor’s degree in political science. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2005. In 2014 she received the S.C. Young Lawyer of the Year award and the S.C. Lawyers Weekly Leadership in Law award.
